YOUR LAUNCH

Start with success
defined together.

FROM LAUNCH TO OUTCOME

What clearer factory data
can make possible.

Less administration is the starting point. Shared visibility helps teams make better decisions, act on losses and build routines that support lasting improvement.

CUSTOMER-REPORTED · FIRST 12 MONTHS£800,000

of operational improvement value

A continuous-production manufacturer reported this value over 12 months through reduced downtime, lower scrap and production optimisation.

A customer-reported result, not independently verified. This is operational improvement value, rather than confirmed cash savings or value attributed solely to SQCDP. Individual results depend on the site, its starting point and the actions its team takes.

01 · GET EFFICIENT

Capture once.
Reduce the repeat work.

Before: Production, quality and safety information was copied from paper into spreadsheets.

The change: Operators capture shift information digitally, making it available to the team without the same transcription routine.

33,000 values / monthCustomer-provided baseline of manual spreadsheet re-entry at one manufacturing site.
02 · GET CLARITY

See the shift.
Stop chasing the picture.

Before: Managers relied on collecting information and following up with people to understand production priorities.

The change: Shared dashboards bring the current shift into daily reviews.

“I hold my daily reviews with SQCDP dashboards on display and we now have the information available to plan production priorities without chasing people.”

03 · IMPROVE PERFORMANCE

Make losses visible.
Focus the improvement.

Before: Delayed or retrospective loss reporting limited the opportunity to respond during the shift.

The change: Live loss visibility, contextual records and team reviews help people identify priorities and act together.

04 · BUILD A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM CULTURE

Build ownership.
Let the routine mature.

Before: Reporting began retrospectively, with teams building confidence in the digital routine.

The change: One customer progressed towards live capture, then introduced configurable escalation workflows as the team became ready.

WHAT WILL SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR YOU?

Agree your starting point.
Measure your own progress.

Choose your success measures together before Launch. Record the baseline, agree how each measure will be tracked and review the evidence during your initial 30 days. Longer-term performance and team development continue beyond Launch.

Discuss your success measures ↗

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Make success measurable.

We agree the outcomes and how each will be measured. That might include consistent operator participation, less duplicate entry, better visibility of downtime or a repeatable daily review. The measures must let you judge whether your Launch has worked.

01

Agree the scope

Confirm your reporting areas, shift pattern, expected users, administrator and initial workflows.

02

Establish the baseline

Define each success measure, its starting position, measurement method and review date.

03

Launch and learn

Support administrators and teams, review progress and adjust customer-configurable routines.

THROUGH EVERY STAGE OF YOUR JOURNEY

Build your foundation for AI.
As you improve the everyday.

The same routine that reduces paperwork also creates the structured data for AI-supported reporting, analysis and problem-solving. Your route into AI starts with the work your team is already doing.

Get efficientCapture once, consistently.

Get clarityConnect data with frontline context.

Improve performanceUse AI-supported analysis in your reviews.

Build team ownershipReview insights and own the actions.

During Launch, agree a useful starting question, establish the records needed to answer it and introduce the reporting routine at the right pace for your team. As you mature, integrations can extend this foundation into your wider business systems, with the scope and value agreed together.

SUPPORT THAT BUILDS AUTONOMY

Your team owns the process.
We help you get there.

Ben will be introduced as your named product support contact. We agree the working rhythm with you, combining reviews, remote support and training around your team’s needs.

During the initial Launch, support is planned around your agreed success criteria and the resources needed to give your site a strong start.

After Launch

Year-one customer success allowance:

Mid

40 hours annually thereafter. Agreed training, reviews and adoption support; routine helpdesk is separate.

Tickets can be submitted 24/7. This does not imply round-the-clock staffed responses. Teams and WhatsApp support groups can be agreed during onboarding.

BEYOND LAUNCH · RECOGNISE THE PROGRESS

Celebrate the habits.
Recognise the people.

As your team builds its digital routines, our customer recognition scheme marks meaningful milestones in participation and use. Senstronics’ SQCDP Gold Award recognised one million production data points—and the people behind that consistency.

A recording milestone sits alongside your success criteria; it does not replace measures of performance, quality or improvement. Recognition should reinforce the behaviours your team wants to sustain.

CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

How the commitment works.

When do we pay?

Your annual subscription invoice is due following the agreed Launch success review. Commitment means the success criteria have been accepted and the subscription invoice settled. Payment is annual in advance; this is not a monthly payment plan.

Is Launch included in the subscription?

Yes. The 12-month subscription starts on the initial Launch date and includes the first 30 days. Extending evaluation does not reset the subscription start date.

What if we need longer to evaluate?

Further evaluation beyond the initial 30 days is subject to agreed additional support charges while you have not committed. Scope, fees and the revised invoice due date are agreed before an extension; charges are additional to the annual subscription. An extension does not add months to the original term. We use sensible discretion for ordinary payment administration.

What if the success measures have not been met?

We review the evidence against the criteria agreed at the outset. The decision to proceed, agree a paid extension or end the Launch and credit the subscription invoice follows the agreed Launch terms. There is no automatic free extension.

Can we fix the price for two years?

Yes. Discuss a two-year agreement that fixes the subscription price for the agreed scope, with payment annually in advance. Longer terms, scope changes and any alternative payment arrangement are agreed directly.
