PRIVACY & COOKIES

Your information.
Used with purpose.

This notice explains how SQCDP handles information from this website, its calculator and your enquiries. Updated 27 October 2026.

Who is responsible?

SQCDP.co.uk Ltd is responsible for enquiries submitted to the business. Our address is 69 Church Way, North Shields, United Kingdom, NE29 0AE. Contact sales@sqcdp.co.uk about this website or your information.

Calculator inputs and downloads

Calculations run in your browser. Operating inputs and estimates are kept in browser session storage so you can move between pages. They are not sent to us merely because you use the calculator. Downloaded PDF reports stay on your device unless you choose to share them.

Enquiries

When you choose to contact us, we ask for your name, company, contact details and your request. If you include an estimate, we also receive the calculation and assumptions. We use that information to respond, assess the fit and arrange any next steps you request. We do not automatically add you to a marketing mailing list.

Website forms use Web3Forms to process your submission and deliver it to our Microsoft 365 inbox. This includes the contact details, message and any estimate you choose to share. If delivery fails, you can copy your enquiry and send it by email. See Web3Forms’ privacy notice for its processing and infrastructure details.

Why we use your information

We use business contact information for our legitimate interests in answering enquiries, understanding customer requirements and managing relevant business relationships. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we use information necessary for those steps. Providing enquiry details is voluntary, but we need a way to contact you to respond. The calculator provides estimates; it does not make a binding subscription or eligibility decision.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and manage the resulting business relationship. Retention depends on whether discussions remain active, a contract results, or records are needed for legal obligations or claims. You can ask us about the retention of your specific enquiry. Web3Forms states that submission data is retained for up to three years, unless a shorter plan period or earlier deletion applies.

Hosting and service logs

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Hosting providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver and protect the service. SQCDP uses Microsoft 365 for its business email.

International processing

Our hosting, email and form providers may process information outside the UK. Web3Forms operates from India and describes safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses, in its data processing agreement. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, we use Hotjar to understand how visitors use the website and improve their experience. Hotjar may collect device, browser and usage information, including interactions with pages, using cookies and similar technologies. It may provide tools such as heatmaps and session recordings. Hotjar is an independent service provider; see its privacy notice for details.

Optional Hotjar analytics only load if you accept them. You can reject them or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser. Browser session storage keeps your calculator journey available while you browse; closing the session or clearing site data removes it. Hosting and security services may use technologies needed to deliver and protect the website.

Your choices

You can remove the saved estimate from an enquiry before sending it. Contact sales@sqcdp.co.uk to request access, correction or deletion of enquiry information, or to raise a privacy question. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request restriction or portability of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
