YOUR FACTORY. YOUR STARTING POINT.
Clear annual pricing. A tier matched to your operation. Estimate your subscription and explore the potential value. We confirm your tier, site scope and support requirements together before Launch.
01 / YOUR OPERATION
Choose the operation most like yours. We’ll use its example working pattern to estimate a tier. You can explore the value straight away, or refine the detail below.
YOUR ESTIMATED STARTING POINT
02 / THE VALUE OF YOUR TIME
Use your previous manual workload. Count individual values copied into a spreadsheet, SAP or another ERP/system—not whole forms or database rows. Use the average monthly total across your site. Include only duplicate entry that SQCDP would remove.
Use an editable scenario to explore the first year of improvement. Tier size estimates data usage; it does not predict your savings. Validate each benefit against your own operation, or select “My own figures” to build your business case. Changing the scenario loads its example benefits and annual subscription, and resets other implementation costs to £0. Your operating inputs remain unchanged.
The Mid example assumes £480,000 of operational improvement over 12 months—40% below the customer-reported £800,000 reference. Its 70% downtime / 20% production / 10% scrap split is estimated by SQCDP. Low and High are scaled illustrations with the same 40% reduction, not measured customer results. Improvement value is not necessarily cash savings or attributable solely to software.
Count each benefit once. Set any benefit to £0 if it does not apply. Released time and productive capacity are economic value, not automatically cash savings.
Add the annual value of reduced waste, fewer stoppages or more productive output. Include only benefits additional to the administration time already counted. Example benefits are prefilled when you choose a scenario. Edit them—or set them to £0—using your own evidence.
Use this estimate to explore the potential value of SQCDP for your operation.

Above 300,000 records: scope review. Customer success is for agreed training, reviews and adoption; routine helpdesk is separate. Your estimated tier is a guide, not an automatically accepted quotation.
CLEAR SCOPE. CLEAR EXPECTATIONS.
Low £12,000, Mid £18,000 or High £24,000 per year, excluding VAT. Payment is annually in advance following the agreed Launch success review. The subscription begins on your initial Launch date.
Integrations, additional sites and work outside the agreed standard scope are discussed and priced separately before work begins. There are no automatic overage charges; sustained changes in usage or scope are reviewed together.
Discuss a two-year agreement to fix the subscription price for the agreed scope, with annual payment in advance. Longer terms and any alternative payment arrangements are agreed directly.
OPEN ABOUT THE ASSUMPTIONS
Sessions/month = active areas × shifts/day × operating days/year ÷ 12. Records/month = sessions × records/session + additional site-wide records. User numbers are not multiplied into the same activity.
The continuous production example uses 40 areas and 50 updates per area per shift. The optional reference recording rate remains calibrated to approximately 100,000 measured monthly rows from a separate reference operation. Weekday manufacturer has known count frequency, with unmeasured additional activity shown explicitly. The large engineering profile is illustrative, not a customer claim.
Recording frequency and enabled workflows change volume. Shift length validates the operating pattern; a shorter shift is not assumed to generate proportionately fewer records. The final tier is agreed before Launch.
